Repair Steps:

  1. Send a picture or a video of the product by the problem and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to make a request to issue a bill of lading within 48 hours.
  2. After receiving the bill of lading number from the customer service department, head to the nearest DHL branch and hand in the product.
  3. The product is inspected by the Warranty and Maintenance department.
  4. After the repair process, one of our customer service representative contacts the customer to send back the repaired product.
  5. The repair process by the Warranty and Maintenance department takes 14 days from the purchase date of receiving the product.

Terms of Repair:

  1. Do not remove the serial number label on the product or box.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, without any exposure to normal wear or tear to the material, deteriorations or accidents resulting from malicious or negligent acts.

Disclaimer:

  • After warranty has expired, which is after one years of purchase, the customer bears all expenses (maintenance + shipping).
  • The maintenance fees is decided by the Repairs department.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you have a-change-of-heart situation, Mila Brush accepts product-return within 14 days of initial purchase date on the receipt, and we will refund the whole purchase money amount, only if the packaging is unopened and the packaging seal is intact. It can extend to 30 days in the case of a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges are deducted from the total money amount after receiving the product and inspecting it to confirm its condition.

How to return?
Speak to one of our customer service representatives to request a refund and issue a bill of lading within 48 hours.
After receiving the bill of lading number from the customer service department, head to the nearest DHL branch and hand in the product.
Choose the method of refund from one the following options:
In case of cash payment, you can pay through (Post Office – bank – Bank Card)
In case of payment by Visa, you can pay through Paypal.
Required Information:
For a return through the Post Office(Full name and ID). You can withdraw the money amount from the nearest post office.
For a return through the bank: (Full name – Account number – Bank name – Branch name – SWIFT Code.)
For a return through Bank Card (mobile number and name). You can withdraw the money amount from the nearest Bank Card branch.
